What We Do– Located in San Francisco, Minneapolis, and Washington, D.C., Edelman Productions specializes in producing television series and specials for national cable distribution. To date, we have produced over 2200 half-hours and 80 full-hours of original programming in topics ranging from history and high tech to home decorating, auctions, remodeling, collectibles and travel.
Who We Are– With a full-time production team of over 100, EP is the largest cable production company in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are proud of our Emmy and Peabody award-winning staff.
Our Clients– EP's primary clients include Home and Garden Television (HGTV), The History Channel, the Do-It Yourself Network (DIY) and The Food Network.





HD Technology– Edelman Productions is on the cutting edge of high definition technology. With a major investment in Sony HD cameras and Avid Nitris editing equipment, we are currently contracted to deliver five series and over one hundred hours of HD programming for the 2005 season.




Our History– In 1994, Steve Edelman set out to create a television production company recruiting the best producers, videographers and editors from the local television scene. Having worked in local for years, he knew that stations were abandoning their locally produced show, and that "the best" were suddenly available to work their art for the emerging national cable scene. Today, Edelman Productions is one of the leading providers of cable programming, producing hundreds of hours of series television from its offices in San Francisco, Minneapolis, Washington, D.C. and Atlanta.
